This is Brennan Jeffrey Corcoran. He is the C.E.O of operations at The Crimson lion. Brennan was born to Janine and myself April 4, 2009. Brennan has already become a large part of the business and keeps us all on our toes. Happy holidays from our house to yours.
My dad (Bill Corcoran) and proud grandfather, along with myself (Greg Corcoran), always had a desire to own a business, however we were not certain as to what the business would be. We always enjoyed cooking on the grille and experimenting with hot sauces and barbecue sauces. One day a friend mentioned that we should start our own gourmet hot sauce and specialty foods business since we enjoyed them so much. The old adage of "sell what you like" really hit home here. We looked into it and soon after "The Crimson Lion" was born and has become a reality. We now supply not only hot sauces and bbq sauces, but other sensational products that meet our standards for excellence.
Our product line includes award winning and famous hot sauces, grilling at it's best barbecue sauces, gourmet dip mixes, garlic and onion relish , and healthy fruit salsas, non-fruit salsa, mustard, jams, apple butter, pumpkin butter. We have also added a dry salsa mix for making your own salsa to your level of spice. We strive to improve and add new delicious products for our customers to enjoy. We will also be on the road this year with a sampling booth at the various fairs and festivals. We look forward to visiting with existing customers and meeting new friends.
