Directions:
4-6 cups of water brought to a boil. For a creamier/richer soup add a combination of cream, milk and/or water equal to 4-6 cups. Add one package of the mix and whisk in briskly. After
mixed, reduce heat and whisk periodically and let simmer for 15 minutes minimum. Add salt and pepper to taste.Makes up to 6 cups of soup.
Variations/ serving suggestions:
Garnish with finely chopped parsley and additional cheddar cheese as desired. Try topping your potato skins for a neat warm appetizer.
