| Creamy Mushroom Soup Mix- 5 oz. INGREDIENTS: Whole milk powder, buttermilk powder, flour, cornstarch, maltodextrin, dried mush- rooms, sea salt, beef extract (beef stock, autolyzed yeast, salt, flavor), butter flavor (maltodextrin, salt, natural flavors, butter- milk solids, cornstarch, soybean oil, paprika & turmeric), dried cream (cream corn syrup solids, nonfat milk (may contain vitamins A & D), lactic acid), dried onions, wine powder (maltodextrin * wine solids (prepared with sulfur dioxide)), mushroom flavor (natural flavor, maltodextrin), garlic, black pepper.

DIRECTIONS:
In a medium pan add 4-6 cups of water and/or milk and bring to a boil. Add 1 package of the soup mix and whisk briskly. After mixed, reduce heat, whisk periodically. Let simmer for 15 minutes. makes up to 4-6 cups of soup.
*For a sauce with salisbury steak or meatloaf use 1 package of
mix. For a creamier sauce use 4 cups of milk.
