Tomato Soup Directions: In a medium pan add 4-6 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add (1) package of the soup mix and whisk briskly. After mixed, reduce heat and whisk periodically and let simmer for 15 minutes minimum. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes up to 6 cups of soup.Serve as a soup or a sauce on pasta or rice.. Add cheese or noodles as desired. FOR CREAMIER TOMATO SOUP: Use 2 cups of whole milk and 4 cups of water.
