DIP MIXES-RECIPES

We have some really neat recipes as follows using our delicious Dip Mixes. We are pleased to carry the full line of Judecraft Specialty Foods Dip Mixes, which we feel is not only the best tasting, but also the most complete variety of flavors available. 

RECIPE-1

USING JUDI'S BEST GARLIC BUTTER BLEND MAKE GARLIC ROASTED PEPPER MOZZARELLA BITES AS FOLLOWS:

1 firm loaf of french bread about 2" dia. and firm for cutting 1/4" slices

1 12 oz. jar of Rienzi fire roasted peppers or equivalent

1 8 oz package of Sargento shredded Mozarella cheese or equivalent

1/2 to 3/4 package of Judi' Best Garlic Butter Blend- standard mixing

instructions, ie add water first and apportionate amount of olive oil.

These were the hit of the party.

Recipe steps:

1.Cut bread into approx 1/4" thick slices and then slice in half for two pieces.

2.Apply Garlic Butter Blend thinly to coat surface of bread- see photo below

3.Cut peppers-approx 3/8" wide by 1" slices, place over bread slices-see photo.

4.Apply generous portions of Mozzarella cheese-see photo

5.Place on pan in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

RECIPE-2                     

USING OUR BRUSHETTA MIX MAKE BRUSCHETTA/BACON BITES AS FOLLOWS:

Recipe Steps:

 
1. Cut 1/4"slices of french bread using 2" round baguette type or just slice white bread into small even pieces or about nine pieces per slice.
 
2. Use 1 package of Judecraft Bruschetta mix and soften ingredients in with 3 tbsp.of water. mix well. Wait 5 min. Add 1/2 cup of pure 100& olive oil.
 
3.Slice up 1 small onion and mix into the Bruschetta mix.This is optional.
 
4. Apply the mix thinly on the bread slices.
 
5. Apply small pieces of cooked bacon. We use 2-3 slices for this.
 
6. Cut small pieces of Mozzarella cheese and cover bites.
 
7. Bake in oven at 325 degrees until the cheese melts.
 
This recipe yields about 50 bites.
