We began our company in the early part of 2009. Our dad with the use of my great grandfathers recipes, began making various sauces. My dads grandfather from Italy was a chef for many years and left a legacy of recipes behind. Friends and family alike were enjoying the recipes so much that our dad decided to start a specialty foods business.
Our dad (Bill Corcoran) had always had a desire to own a business. The whole family began experimenting with the various sauces and grilling blends never thinking it would eventually lead to our own family business. We now offer a wide variety of gourmet specialty foods such as hot sauces, bbq sauces, jams, condiments such as mustard, relish, fruit salsa, specialty salsa and soup mixes. We have added new products such as Apple and Pumpkin butters. Last year we developed a full schedule of shows and plan on selling again at events this year. We also continue to offer a Fundraising program that has been succesful for everyone. |
