We are pleased that you have visited our gourmet soup mixes page. Our family began making soups many years ago as our great grandfather John Bono from Italy left us fond memories of the homemade soups at his dinner table. He was a gourmet chef and took great pride in cooking for all of us. He would often make a fish or clam chowder soup so we just had to offer a New England Clam Chowder soup. The Clam chowder base mix is also excellent for fish chowder, lobster, scallops. The (16) soup mix flavors now available are: *French Onion *Chicken Corn Noodle *New England Clam Chowder *Broccoli & Cheddar *Split Pea N Bacon *Asparagus & White Cheddar *Hearty Tomato *Cheesy Bacon & Potato * Pumpkin Delight *Beef Barley *Crimson Chili *Chicken Noodle *Tuscany * Minestrone *Creamy Mushroom * Potato Over the past few years our soup mixes have improved immensely by addding additional quality ingredients, making some taste alterations, as well the addition of several new robust flavors. Our customers often remark that they love our soups. We look forward to serving our mixes at events in 2012. Be sure to check out our chili recipe. We used our Crimson Soup mix and made a fantastic Chili for this years superbowl party. Just one package of the mix makes a "super" chili. Check the recipe out ( No.4 ) on our recipes page. Our dry soup mixes are sold in heat sealed 5 oz. packages, and yield up to 6 cups of soup per package. |
